Terms of Use

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DarijApp mobile application provided by DAVOT LLC, doing business as DarijApp (“we,” “us,” “our”).

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use DarijApp. By using the app, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2. Account Responsibility

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3. Subscription Terms

DarijApp offers auto-renewing subscriptions that provide access to premium content and features. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

• Payment is charged to your Apple App Store or Google Play Store account upon confirmation.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the renewal date.
• Your account will be charged for renewal within the 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.
• You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your App Store or Play Store account settings.
• We cannot cancel subscriptions on your behalf. You must cancel them through the platform where you purchased the subscription.
• If a free trial is offered, it will automatically convert to a paid subscription unless canceled before the end of the trial period.

All subscription billing is handled by Apple or Google. We do not have access to your full payment details.

4. Refunds

All payments and refunds for DarijApp subscriptions are handled directly through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, depending on where you made your purchase. DarijApp and DAVOT LLC do not process payments and cannot issue refunds directly.

If you need a refund or believe you were charged in error, you must contact the platform where you made the purchase:

Refund decisions are determined solely by Apple or Google according to their policies. We cannot influence or override decisions made by these platforms.

Canceling a subscription does not automatically issue a refund. You will continue to have access to premium content until the end of the current billing period.

5. License

We grant you a limited, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to use DarijApp for personal, non-commercial purposes.

6. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Reverse engineer, modify, or copy the app
• Extract, scrape, or copy app content
• Bypass or attempt to bypass security controls
• Use the app for illegal, harmful, or abusive activity

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms. You may request account deletion at any time by contacting us.

8. Disclaimer

DarijApp provides educational content on an “as is” basis. We do not guarantee any particular learning outcome or performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law, DAVOT LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the app.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, unless consumer protection laws in your country require otherwise.
